Delivery and return
Delivery is free for orders over $400 (excl. tax).
You may return all or part of your order within 15 days of receipt.
A $20 shipping and handling fee will be charged.
How to return:
1. Log in to your customer account -> My orders -> View order -> Request a return.
2. Select the items you wish to send back.
3. Once your request is processed (please allow up to 48 hours), you will receive 2 emails :
one with you Return Authorization (RMA) and one with a UPS return label.
4. Use this label to send your items back. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
